"Room was very noisy due to traffic. I also did try to book the room at a decent rate, but your receptionist would only offer the room at £120 exc breakfast, despite my wife having been advised of a rate of £90 earlier that day. I explained that I could book the room via a hotel broker on the Internet for £83 on which you would have to pay £7 commission, but your receptionist would not move on the price. So because you would not reduce the price to £90, we booked via the net and you recieved only £75. If I had had to pay £120 exc breakfast for our stay I would have wanted my money back!"
