"Unfortunately, in midst of heat wave and portable air conditioner could only barely cool one of two rooms. Old stone building retained heat throughout the night and made sleeping somwhat difficult."

"Basically I was very much satisfied with the hotel, much more than I had expected. One regret I may have is that my PC could not be connected to internet, as I did not have connecters/adapters of telephone and electricity. My pc's connectors are for US and Japanese ones. I am a professor of marketing in Japan, and I have a strong interest on how you designed the concepts of this hotel. Are there any written documents on this? I will be very happy if you could let me know it. I promise if I will write something on this hotel in my forthcoming book on marketing, if I could obtain materials. Thank you very much."
