"I arrived tired and weary after a long drive. Nobody told me the restaurant was only partly functional and by the time I entered it I was too late to try elsewhere. A buffet gave a choice of only 3 main courses equally unappertising. I had a Thai curry that kept me awake with indigestion. A customer survey form was completed complainimg but has no doubt been consigned to the waste paper basket"
