"I was delighted with the hotel's location. It was very close to shopping, central to many of the tourist sites. The beach was a good 15-20 minute walk. There was a restaurant close by and a pedestrian area loaded with restaurants about 10-15 minutes walk away. It was close enough to walk to Vieux Nice with its Cours Saleya, the old castle grounds that look out over the city, walkable to the train station although not with heavy luggage. It was a little further to the Russian Cathedral, the Chegall and Matisse museums. With heavy luggage, I took a taxi to the airport. The airport is too far to walk."
