"When family with 2 kids arrives for usage of long time ago booked room and has to wait at noon one hour for free room, it defenetly does not creat good atmosphere from the first place. We had an impression our arrival didn't cause the priority of cleaning up first and quick the room ment for us (if there was one at all). Comments like 'few minutes more' were given without any results. Not talking about 'welcome sorry' drinks, what could have been meanwhile offered ... The room was nice."
