"The air-con inour room was not functioning too well, it was 42 degrees when we arrived and we needed icy cold aircon like that in the US! We complained and were told we hadn't left in on long enough, but after an hour it was still hotter in the room than out. We slept with the balcony door open. Around the pool the pool boy was lazy and 'jobsworth', didn't seem to want to get bed cushions or towels unless we produced a docket (nothing in the room about that! Hotel is in a good position for the equestrien show and the bodegas but I'd give it a miss in future"
