"ON ARRIVAL WE WERE GIVEN SUCH A SMALL ROOM THAT IT WAS JUST INCREDIBLE ON THE FIRST FLOOR. WE ASKED FOR A CHANGE AND WERE TOLD WE'D HAVE TO WAIT 3 HRS, WHICH WE DID. THE SECOND ROOM WAS ON THE 3 FLOOR AND HAD AN UNBELIEVABLE ODOR. AT THIS POINT I WAS TOO EXHAUSTED TO BE MOVED AGAIN AND LEFT FOR A FEW HOURS LEAVING THE WINDOW WIDE OPEN. THE ODOR WAS STILL THERE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYONE BUT HAVE TO SAY THE LOCATION IS GREAT, NEAR ALL SHOPPING. THERE ARE OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA THOUGH (FOUR STARS) THAT ARE BEAUTIFUL. I MUST RECOMMEND THE GRAND MARINA HOTEL WHERE WE STAYED UPON OUR ARRIVAL IN BARCELONA THOUGH. FABULOUS, VERY MODERN 5 STAR HOTEL WITH INTERNET ACCESS IN ROOM ALONG WITH IRON AND IRONING BOARD. UP TO USA STANDARDS ALL THE WAY. INCREDIBLE BUFFET BREAKFAST FOR 18 EURO PER PERSON WORTH EVERY EURO!!!"
