"Very attentive staff who were a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend the hotel to other people who are visiting Kaiserslauten. It might well be worth advertizing your hotel (if it is not already) in the Officers and Senior Enlisted clubs at Ramstein AIrforce Base, as it is well situated for families who are visiting US servicemen there."

"The promo rooms don't have airconditioning and their windows don't open up. (only a crack) I would've gotten a better nights sleep in my car. Everthing else was fine, but this one letdown ruined the entire experience for me. Oh yeah, when I checked in they said breakfast was included, and then when I checked out they tried to ding me for the breakfast 15 euros per person per breakfast! Definitely not the quality of hotel they try to portray."
