"Generally speaking, it was a wonderful experience. It was a very cheerful setting and in walking distance to restaurants, stores, and we had the beautiful experience of looking out of our hotel window and on clear days viewing the Matterhorn. The staff was helpful, and especially one young lady, named Nadine. I would like to thank her for going the extra-mile in helping us, for she was especially kind and compassionate. She took time in helping us even though her schedule seemed to be busy. She was very knowledgable in answering our questions, and spoke fluent English even though she was from Germany. She needs to be commended by your hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the buffet breakfasts were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and the price was reasonable considering the location."
