"I do need to comment on the check-in and check-out. I am sorry, it was extremely slow. Your hotel rep's need to learn that in today's business environment "multi-tasking" is necessary to keep up with the competition - OR, you provide more than one clerk behind the desk. It took me almost 30 minutes to check in, when there were only two ladies checking in ahead of me (they were together). When I checked out at 6:00 am, I had to wait for the computer to "log up", and then the clerk was in no hurry to get anything done. Most people are catching a flight when they are checking out! It took me half an hour to check out and I was the only one checking out at that time! Other than this, the hotel and service is just fine. I hope you take this feedback in the spririt of someone who would like to see you succeed. Thanks. Mark Wise"
