"i fell thankful to the reception team for letting us late check out after our wedding night . But i found there is poor communication between department cause the housekeeping came ring at 9am to clean my room and we are very tired after a whole day event. The night we stay there , there was a hot water break down , the probelm did not been solve quickly and we been told that sometime if many people use the hot water at the same time , the hot water dun really come too fast so we will have to wait . Other than this overall is ok cause by comparing my husband stay at PJ hilton , he felt more comfortable."
