The GoodAlthough there weren't many online reviews of this hotel at the time this editorial was written, of those sourced, guests showed positive responses towards the hotel's rooms, location and rates.
The majority of reviewers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, bright and spacious, with great ocean and rainforest views, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. It was mentioned, however, that Wi-Fi is not available at the Inn.
The hotel's location was enjoyed by guests. They described it as relaxing, and close to restaurants, beaches, the rainforest, a supermarket, drug stores and attractions.
A couple of lodgers complimented the hotel's rates, and found them to be affordable and very good.
The Bad

A few reviewers were disappointed with the level of customer service they received. They reported the hotel's front desk not being staffed at night, which led to some guest issues not being resolved in a timely manner.
