The Good The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms and location.
Many reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, and characterized the staff as friendly, bilingual, professional and helpful with restaurant suggestions. One guest noted, "The staff are brilliant, from the doorman to the hotel manager, they are friendly, genuine and helpful".
The hotel's rooms were enjoyed by numerous lodgers. They were described as clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped, with comfortable beds and strong Wi-Fi signals. A few reviewers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
Several guests praised the hotel's location. They described it as central, and close to restaurants, highway access, downtown, public transit, shopping and the MRT food court.
The Bad

As mentioned in the overview, this hotel is undergoing renovations until the end of August, according to several reviewers. These guests felt very inconvenienced by the renovations, which they described as very loud and disruptive, especially in the morning hours.
Although the majority of lodgers were pleased with their clean and spacious rooms, a few guests had complaints. They reported dated decor, worn furniture and noisy in-room air-conditioning units.
