Each of the hotel's guest rooms offers air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, slippers for each guest and a private bathroom with a bidet and complimentary toiletries. Rooms with a sitting area and sofabed are also available, as are smoking, non-smoking and wheelchair-accessible rooms.

Many guests praised the hotel's location. They described it as safe and close to the airport, shopping, a casino, restaurants, a convenience store and highway access.
Several reviewers were satisfied with their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be clean, quiet and spacious, with comfortable beds and linens, good water pressure and many English TV channels. Some patrons criticized their lodgings, however (see below).
The hotel's staff were the source of some compliments by lodgers. They were characterized as friendly, helpful and accommodating. A few guests were disappointed with the level of customer service they received, however (see below).
