The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's value, staff, rooms and location.
Many guests were pleased with the hotel's rates, describing them as inexpensive, budget-friendly, cheap and affordable. One reviewer remarked, "Compared with other budget hotels that I have stayed at in the area, I would rate this as probably the best".
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by lodgers, who characterized them as helpful, friendly, attentive and accommodating. One guest noted, ""the people who run the place... from the reception to security to restaurant staff were all terrific".

The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about noise transfer and the rooms.
Several lodgers had complaints about noise disruptions during their stay. They reported very loud street noise filtering into their rooms, as well as airport noise and loud in-room air-conditioning units. One guest stated, "if you, like us, are situated in a room that faces that busy road - I assure you no sleep will be had - it's beyond noisy and it doesn't cease at all".
Although the majority of reviewers were satisfied with their clean and comfortable lodgings, a few guests had complaints. They reported small-sized rooms, musty smells and poor Wi-Fi connectivity.
