The hotel's location was praised by guests. They described it as safe, and close to restaurants, shopping, the Ecoland bus terminal and public transit.
Reviewers were pleased with the hotel's value, and found the rates to be cheap, affordable and budget friendly.
The hotel's staff were complimented by lodgers, who found them friendly, hospitable and helpful with directions and suggestions.
Some lodgers described their rooms as clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. A few patrons had complaints about their accommodations, however (see below).
