Irisan Satellite Food Store is about a 13-minute walk southwest of the hotel, near a few other stores, including Jam's Grocery Store and a gas station. SM City Baguio offers shopping roughly a 16-minute drive eastward. Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto is a 10-minute drive southeast and Baguio-Loakan Airport (BAG) is a 25-minute drive southeast. The GoodAlthough there were not many online reviews for the hotel at the time this editorial was written, of those sourced, guests had spoke positively about the rooms and staff.
Some reviewers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, quiet and spacious, with comfortable beds and lots of hot water for the showers. It should be noted, however, that some guests had complaints about their lodgings (see below).
The hotel's staff were the source of compliments by patrons, who described them as accommodating and friendly.
The Bad
As mentioned above, there weren't many reviews of this hotel online at the time of this writing. Of those consulted, however, negative responses were shown towards the hotel's location, cafe and rooms.
Some guests found the hotel to be inconveniently located. They felt it was too far from the city's centre, attractions and restaurants, and reported the hotel was only suitable for those with a vehicle or budget for taxis.
The hotel's cafe was a source of disappointment to some reviewers, who described it as expensive, only being open for breakfast and having a very limited menu.
While some guests were pleased with their clean and comfortable rooms, some lodgers had complaints. They reported no cable TV and no in-room Wi-Fi access (although free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel's cafe).
