The Good
While there were not many reviews available of the hotel online, guest reviews showed a positive response to the hotel's location, rooms and value.

The hotel's location was praised by reviewers for its proximity to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, Burnham Park and a bus stop.

Guests complimented the hotel's accommodations, describing the rooms as quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and linens. It should be noted, however, that some reviewers had complaints about their rooms (see below).

The hotel's rates were described by a few lodgers as cheap, affordable and as providing good value. The prices at the hotel's restaurant were also praised.

The Bad
Although not many reviews of this hotel were available online at the time of writing, guest critiques showed a negative response to the hotel's rooms and noise transfer.

While some reviewers found their rooms to be clean and quiet, a few lodgers were disappointed with their rooms. They reported cigarette odours, worn decor, some cleaning issues and cockroaches. Please note the reports of cockroaches were only in reviews from 2010 and earlier.

A few guests complained of traffic noise in street-facing rooms. These reviewers recommended booking rooms at the back of the hotel.
