The hotel's location was praised by reviewers for its proximity to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, Burnham Park and a bus stop.
Guests complimented the hotel's accommodations, describing the rooms as quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and linens. It should be noted, however, that some reviewers had complaints about their rooms (see below).
