The GoodWhile there were not many online reviews available for this hotel, the majority of those sourced for this review were positive, with praise going to the hotel's location, rooms, food and staff.
The hotel's location was praised by reviewers. They described it as peaceful, and close to the University Utar Malaysia, highway access, restaurants, duty free shopping, the Malaysia/Thailand border, Changloon and Alor Setar Mall. One reviewer did take issue with the hotel's location, however (see below).
Guests enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious and well maintained, with fast Wi-Fi speeds. One guest described his bed as small and uncomfortable, however.
The hotel's restaurant was also praised by lodgers, who described it as delicious claimed that there was good value for the prices.
Reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, and characterized the staff as friendly. They also described an efficient check-in and check-out.
The Bad
As mentioned above, there were not many online reviews for this hotel. Of the ones sourced, negative responses were shown towards the location and the lack of bellhop service.
While the majority of guests were pleased with the hotel's proximity to restaurants and highway access, one reviewer felt there was not much in the way of things to do around the hotel. It was also mentioned that the hotel would be more suitable to those with a vehicle.
One guest complained of the hotel's lack of bellhop service, and reported having to carry heavy luggage up the stairs unassisted.
