Many guests praised their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well equipped, modern and luxurious, with comfortable beds.
Numerous lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location, describing it as central, and close to Petronas Towers, Batu Caves, public transit, shopping, restaurants and KL City Park. One patron remarked, "The hotel is located a very short walk away from the Petronas Towers and the KLCC shopping mall, and they provide a shuttle to the KLCC; which is a great option for those rainy days. One could not ask for a better or more convenient location".
The hotel's staff were complimented by some travellers, who found them to be friendly, professional and responsive. One reviewer noted, "All staff members that I had dealings with were extremely friendly, and ever so willing to ensure my stay was everything I would want it to be".
