The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with compliments going to the hotel's location, value and rooms.
Numerous reviewers enjoyed the hotel's location, finding it to be close to restaurants, shopping, public transit, nightlife, Bukit Bintang Golden Triangle, Bintang Walk and Chinatown. One guest stated, "The Radius is right in the middle of the action with lots of street food, malls and action all around".
Many guests were pleased with the hotel's value. They described the rates as reasonable, decent and affordable and felt the hotel provided good value for the money.
The hotel's accommodations were praised by several lodgers. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet with good water pressure. It should be noted, however, that some reviewers were disappointed with their rooms (see below).
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints about noise transfer, the rooms and the staff.
Several reviewers complained of noise disruptions during their stay. They reported a lot of street noise in front-facing rooms, as well as noise from guests in adjacent rooms and some plumbing noise.
Although the majority of guests were pleased with their spacious accommodations, some reviewers were disappointed with aspects of their rooms. They reported poor Wi-Fi signals, old TVs and some cleaning issues.
While several lodgers found the hotel's staff to be friendly and helpful, a few reviewers were not satisfied with the level of customer service they received.
