Each of the hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms and suites offers cable TV, a DVD/CD player, a minibar, a coffeemaker, a desk, an in-room safe and a hair dryer. Rooms with a separate bedroom, a kitchenette and a sauna are also available, as are wheelchair-accessible rooms. In-room Wi-Fi is JPY 1500 per day and smoking and non-smoking rooms are offered.
Hotel amenities include a spa and wellness centre, a fitness centre, 12 meeting/banquet rooms, a business centre, laundry facilities, a beauty/barber shop, a gift shop, bicycle rental, seven restaurants and two bars. Tokyo's city centre is about an 18-minute drive away, while Yebisu Garden Place offers shopping 4 minutes away on foot. The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms, food and location.
Many reviewers praised the hotel's staff, finding them helpful, attentive, bilingual and friendly. One guest noted, "The concierge team is extremely helpful in not only providing much needed directions to navigate Tokyo, they also provide personalized services to make reservations, assist with shopping enquiries and bridge the language barrier as seamless as possible".
The hotel's accommodations were complimented by numerous guests. They described their rooms as spacious, modern, clean, quiet, well maintained and well equipped, with comfortable beds and great city views. A few patrons did mention cigarette odours in their non-smoking rooms, however.
Several lodgers were impressed with the quality of the hotel's food, describing it as first class, excellent and wonderful.
The hotel's location was enjoyed by several travellers, who found it close to shopping, restaurants, public transit and Ebisu Gardens. One patron remarked, "Nice area with Ebisu subway station about 10 minute walk along moving walkway which has great access to everywhere you need to go. Ebisu subway station is on the JR line which goes round the outer ring of the city so you can travel anywhere with your JR rail pass for free". A few guests had complaints about the hotel's location, however (see below).

A few guests complained about the added costs they incurred during their stay. They found the Wi-Fi fee to be expensive and unnecessary, and complained the restaurants were overpriced.
Although several guests were pleased with the hotel's proximity to restaurants and shopping, a few patrons were disappointed with its location. They found it too far from Tokyo's centre and the subway.
