"The rooms are old and the bathrooms have very old fixtures. The flush was a struggle to operrate. I even slipped in the bathroom trying to press the hard to push button on the wall that they have as a flush. I had a nose bleed. The towels were pathetic. The heater did not work and we had to ask for a portable one. Even after we asked for ice for my nose-bleed, there was no concern from the management about the injury. It is not at all 5 star hotel, may be 2-3 star."
