The hotel's staff were praised by numerous reviewers, who found them friendly, helpful, efficient and attentive. One patron remarked, "Each year has always been made very special by the Sheraton staff. I have stayed in that hotel in distressed times and times of joy. The stay was always made beautiful by the staff. Their understanding is priceless".
Many lodgers were impressed with the hotel's food. They described it as excellent, delicious, incredible and well presented.
