The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms and food.
Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's staff, finding them efficient, attentive, knowledgeable and polite. One guest remarked, "Everything from the greeting at arrival to room service and guest needs were taken care of. The staff were extremely thoughtful and deserve high praise".
The hotel's accommodations were the source of many compliments by guests. They were described as clean, modern, spacious, well equipped and well maintained, with comfortable beds and good AC. A few reviewers did have complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's food, which they described as excellent, tasty and very good, with large portions. One patron noted, "The best part of this hotel is the excellent Thai and Italian cuisines you can get in the Thai Pavilion or Trattoria. Both these restaurants are amongst the best in Mumbai".
The Bad

Some lodgers had complaints about the added costs they incurred while staying at the hotel. They felt the Wi-Fi should have been free, and also found the food, drink and room rates to be overpriced.
Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with their clean and modern rooms, a few guests had complaints. They described small rooms and rooms being too cold due to too much air conditioning, even when the unit was turned off.
