The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers, who found it to be close to public transit, highway access, Senayan Mall, Senayan City, the Central Business District, Gelor Bung Karno Stadium, shopping malls, bars and restaurants. One guest noted, "very central location, walking distance to Senayan City, Plaza Senayan and FX, as well as walking distance to [two] busway terminals".
Several guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received, characterizing the staff as friendly, accommodating and helpful. It should be noted, however, that some guests found the check-in process to be too long.
