The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's location, breakfast and rooms.
Numerous lodgers enjoyed the hotel's location. They described it as easy to find, and close to Bandung's downtown, nightlife, shopping, restaurants, Trans Studio, Bandung Super Mall, Telkom Convention Center, public transit and a supermarket. It should be noted, however, that a few guests found the hotel to be too far from the city centre and outlet malls.
The hotel's breakfast was complimented by many reviewers. They described it as hearty, complete and delicious, with many hot and cold choices and a nice seating area by the pool.
Several lodgers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be clean, spacious and well maintained, with comfortable beds. Some patrons were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).
