The hotel's rates were praised by many guests, who described them as inexpensive, affordable and budget friendly, One lodger remarked, "You're never gonna get a cheap hotel in HK and whilst I've stayed at far superior hotels in HK this place still represents great value for money".
Numerous reviewers were pleased with the hotel's location. They found it close to public transit, restaurants, shopping, Hong Kong Convention Center, the Chinese Consulate and convenience stores.
Several patrons enjoyed their lodgings at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, modern, quiet, functional and well maintained, with fast Wi-Fi and efficient air conditioning. A few lodgers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).

Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with their functional and well-maintained rooms, some lodgers criticized their accommodations. They reported small-sized rooms and bathrooms, cleaning issues and noise transfer from the hallways and guests in adjacent rooms.
A few guests were disappointed with the mandatory HKD 500 deposit upon check-in. They felt it was unnecessary and also reported the charge not being released by the hotel for a few days following check-out.
