Many lodgers praised their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds.
The hotel's location was enjoyed by numerous reviewers, who described it as safe, and close to a bus stop, shopping, restaurants, Kowloon City, Kowloon Walled City Park, a convenience store and a supermarket. One patron noted that taxis and public transportation were easily accessible. It should be mentioned, however, that some guests had complaints about the hotel's location (see below).
Several guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay, characterizing the staff as bilingual, helpful, efficient and accommodating. One reviewer remarked, "Front desk staff did everything they could to accommodate our needs, including early check-in".
The Bad
