Numerous guests were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, modern, spacious, quiet, well equipped and luxurious, with great ocean views.
The hotel's location was enjoyed by several reviewers, who described it as scenic, and close to shopping, a grocery store, public transit, the airport, Hong Kong Business School and a ferry terminal. Some travellers were disappointed with the hotel's location, however (see below).
