The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's rooms, location, staff and value.
Many lodgers enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as spacious, modern, clean, well maintained, well equipped and nicely decorated, with fast Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. A few guests did have complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests, who described it as easily accessible, and close to public transit, Macau Ferry Terminal, Sheung Wan MTR Station, Hong Kong Airport Express Station, shopping and restaurants. It should be noted, however, that a few lodgers disagreed, and found the hotel to be too far of a walk from Sheung Wan MTR Station for their tastes (about 9 minutes).
Several lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, characterizing the staff as helpful, friendly, efficient and attentive.
The hotel's value was also praised by several reviewers, who described the rates as reasonable, cheap and affordable.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about noise transfer and the rooms.
A few guests complained of noise disturbances during their stay. They reported noise in rooms located near the second-floor gym, as well as street noise on lower floors and noise from guests in adjacent rooms.
