The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who found them to be friendly, professional and helpful with recommendations.
Many guests enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, modern, well maintained, quiet, functional and well appointed, with comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi. A few reviewers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
Several lodgers praised the hotel's location, describing it as central, and close to the business district, shopping, Corniche, restaurants, a hospital and a bus stop. One guest noted, "a very convenient place and is close to almost everything you can navigate with ease and comfort, and near Madinat Zayed Shopping Center".
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the swimming pool and the rooms.
A few reviewers were disappointed with the hotel's pool. They described it as cold, uninviting and much smaller than the hotel website's photos implied.
Although many guests enjoyed their clean and spacious rooms, a few lodgers had complaints. They reported noise transfer in rooms near the hotel's restaurant, and cigarette odours in non-smoking rooms.
