The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, location, rooms and food.
The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by reviewers, who characterized them as welcoming, accommodating and efficient. One guest remarked, "All the staff are superb and operate to very high standards. They go out of their way to help, always".
Many lodgers praised the hotel's location. They found it to be central, as well as close to attractions, restaurants, shopping, the waterfront, museums and the Red Tourist Bus.
Several guests were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious and well equipped, with great mountain, ocean and city views and comfortable beds and pillows. A few guests had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
