The GoodThere were very few online reviews for this hotel, however, of those sourced, guests had positive responses towards the hotel's staff, rooms and restaurant.
The hotel's staff were the source of several compliments by reviewers, who characterized them as attentive, helpful and accommodating. One patron remarked, "Service is excellent with every staff member from the receptionist to the wait staff going out of their way to attend to your well being".
Several guests enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean and well sized with nice harbour views, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning and good water pressure. A few travellers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
