The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, location and rooms.
Numerous reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received. The staff were found to be attentive, friendly and helpful. Several guests felt that staff provided efficient check-in and check-out services.
The hotel's location was praised by many guests. They described it as easily accessible, as well as close to shopping, the highway, the University of Richmond and the city's downtown area.
Several lodgers enjoyed their accommodations while at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds. There were a few complaints about the rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's food was also praised, and described as good, nicely served and reasonably priced.
The Bad

Some guests mentioned noise disruptions during their stays. They reported hearing traffic noise in front-facing rooms, as well as noise in rooms located close to the elevator and ice machine, and noise from guests in adjacent rooms.
