The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the size of the hotel, the rooms and the common areas.
Some guests had complaints about the size of the hotel. They described long walks to their rooms and to the parking areas, as well as having to take two elevators in some cases. A few reviewers also reported long waits to have requests met, which they felt was due to the hotel's large size.
While the majority of lodgers enjoyed their spacious and luxurious rooms, some guests had complaints about their accommodations. They felt the rooms should have come with coffeemakers, and were also disappointed the mini-bar was too full to refrigerate anything else.
The hotel's public areas were a source of disappointment for some reviewers. They reported many young drunk people in the hallways and pool areas, as well as very smoky conditions in the casino and crowded common areas. These guests recommended that travellers looking for a relaxing hotel should find another place to stay.
