Numerous lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, characterizing the staff as accommodating, friendly and efficient. One guest remarked, "Not only were they willing to assist me with general hotel requests, they were quite timely and the manager personally contacted me to assure me that my special requests were being addressed".
The hotel's accommodations were praised by many reviewers. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well equipped and updated, with comfortable beds and linens and nice city views. A few guests did find their rooms to be on the small side, however.
