The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by lodgers, who characterized them as efficient, accommodating and friendly. One guest noted, "We enjoyed great service from the friendly hotel staff - across the board, from the concierge desk and the bell staff to the servers at the poolside cafe and the folks in the "Pointe in Thyme" restaurant, everyone was extremely helpful and polite".
