"for a place that had just taken over from the Hampton,it was very surprisingly run down.we have stayed there twice before when it was a Hampton Inn and was satisfied.there was a layer of dust on top of the armoire,dirty Q-Tips in the drawer of the bureau,the hair dryer didn't work,and there was no plug for the bath tub.we reported the hair dryer as a 'you should know this' and not to just complain. we thought we were doing the staff a favor and the attitude was a very sardonic'i suppose you want another room'.as we were there just for one night we said no as we were settled in.it was all these little things that added up to a very unsatisfactory stay. also as an aside the staff werent dressed very professionally either but maybe i'm just nit-picking. overall i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone"
