American Bullion Minerals Announces Extension of Red Chris Loans

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Oct 30, 2009 -- American Bullion Minerals Ltd. ("ABML" or the "Company") today announced that it has entered into an amending agreement with Red Chris Development Company Ltd. under which Red Chris has agreed to extend, from October 30, 2009 to January 29, 2010, the maturity date of the loans made by it to the Company pursuant to the loan agreements dated February 18, 2005 and October 22, 2008.
