Central and South America Identified as Priorities for Restaurant Growth

Recently signing a ten-restaurant
franchising agreement for Mexico City, and a twelve-unit deal for eastern
Mexico, Johnny Rockets has now focused efforts to move the brand south, to
Central and South America.

currently have eight very successful restaurants operating in Mexico,
including one in the Six Flags theme park in Mexico City. We also have
signed commitments for 27 more Mexican locations within the next ten years.

While still offering exclusive development rights in Mexico -- planning to
eventually support 150 units within that country -- the Johnny Rockets
development team is also actively seeking franchise partners in several
other Latin American territories. These include those countries with
populations that already support and appreciate American cuisine and
culture -- specifically, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, Costa Rica,
Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
