Many reviewers were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as safe and upscale, and found it to be close to restaurants, shopping, Ibirapuera Park and a supermarket.
The hotel's accommodations were praised by numerous guests. They described their rooms as spacious, clean, modern and well maintained, with comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi and good water pressure. It should be noted, however, that a few reviewers had complaints about their rooms (see below).
Several lodgers were pleased with the hotel's value, and described the rates as reasonable and great. One guest remarked, "the price was very reasonable for all that's included and considering the area".
