Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's staff, characterizing them as professional, bilingual, helpful and friendly. One patron remarked, "The reception staff is well spoken in English. These young professionals have a good and welcoming attitude towards the guests and are happy to assist you with any enquiry".
The hotel's location was convenient for many lodgers, who described it as safe and close to restaurants, shopping, public transit, a pharmacy, museums, Avenida Paulista and Cathedral da Se. One guest noted the hotel was, "Centrally located with a lot of variety within walking distance including a great park, the modern art museum, outdoor cafes, and much more".
