"The hotel is very clean, has nice gardens and attentive staff. The hotel has a very convenient free shuttle bus service to the airport which leaves every 30 minutes, 24/7. The trip to the airport takes about 10 minutes. The room facilities at the hotel are ageing and are in need of some renovation. But at the rate of NZ$85 + GST of 12.5% which I paid, I think my stay there was good value. I can thoroughly recommended this hotel for travellers arriving at Auckland International Airport who are in transit and are not looking to spend substantial time at a destination hotel."

"My only problem was I asked for 2 items to be drycleaned but when they came back I had to complain that they had not been done and I refused to pay for the drycleaning bill. This was the only let down of the stay. I was so impressed I booked another stay 2 weeks later. Great value for money."
