"When I walk into a room and there is a spider web in the corner of the room and some old trash against the bed frame blocked from view usually by the bed spread, I worry about how clean. I had fresh towels, soap, shampoo, that was no problem. Front desk very friendly. I reported the toilet needed a little work,it kept running: when I checked out. I don't know how the hotel could have prevented it, but I had a few ants, I got bitten by an ant or small spider in bed. After I killed it I couldn't tell. I let a wolf spider go out side it didn't surprise me and wasn't hurting anything. The cleanliness did bother me, and I could have done without the insects. In all fairness I did not notify the desk, I don't like to complain."

"Our room was filthy, there was hair in the grimy tub and on the floor. The switch plate covers were dirty, carpet was not vacumed and had holes in it, ther was old food left in the refrigerator. I will never stay there in the future."
