"i had book the reservation in advanced for two nights, only to find when i arrived, they had over booked, they sent us to a diiferent hotel, clarence the manager there said the accomadations were better in many respects, they were not! they had comped us a night at the other hotel and they secured one night at the Hyatt. the next day we arrived only to find the sheets on both beds were dirty, we called at around 1pm to the front desk, they were going to send someone up, we went out to summerfest when we arrived at 12am, the sheets were not changed, we waited about 1/2 an hour till they were changed and then they were changed by someone who did not know how to make beds. i have stayed at many hotels for business as i am in real estate and we have conferences throughout the US, this was the worst experience i have ever had with a hotel. my daughter who i took on this leasure trip is the future consumer who says she will never stay at a hyatt regency in Milwaukee again and i agree with that statement as i will never direct my business or pleasure time towards Hyatt Regency again, instead we will stay at the Pfister Hotel where we should have stayed, it is regredible to see such a hotel that had such impeccable standings look like worse then a super 8."

"I was disappointed that this Hyatt Regency is not up to par with other Hyatt Regency hotels in other cities. For instance, the hotel does not have valet parking. The hotel desk cleck could not explain how to get to the parking garage. The rooms were smaller than at other Hyatt Regency hotels. The general ambiance is not up to par with other Hyatt Regency hotels. The next night I stayed at the Sheraton Gateway Suites hotel near O'Hare airport in a larger, more well appointed room, with better service, for half the price of my room at the Hyatt Regency."
