Many guests praised their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as spacious, clean, well equipped, quiet and modern, with comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi. A few reviewers did complain of highway noise in their rooms, however, the hotel does supply ear plugs.
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by patrons. They were characterized as friendly, accommodating, efficient at check-in and helpful with directions.
Several reviewers enjoyed the hotel's free breakfast, describing it as delicious, tasty, extensive and excellent, with ample seating. One guest noted, "Breakfast was complimentary and beyond the standard Cheerios and bagels. There were egg/ham/cheese muffin sandwiches, pancakes, hot oatmeal, fresh cut up fruit as well as fresh pastries, cereal, etc.".

It was mentioned there was nothing within walking distance, and that the hotel was better suited to those with a vehicle.
