The Bad
Many guests were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. A number of them needed to call the front desk to have someone sent to fix an issue, such as a dirty towel, an improperly cleaned shower, or dirty sheets.
Some of the guests who didn't enjoy their Sleep Number beds compared it to sleeping on an air mattress or found it difficult to use.
Guests also complained that the hotel showed its age and was in need of an update, however, most of these guests were still able to have an enjoyable stay.
A few guests complained of being able to hear other guests in their rooms, as well as sounds of outside traffic. A few guests also said they had issues with the climate control, where it was delayed in starting in certain rooms. Some guests also had issues with check-in; a few guests mentioned waiting hours even though they arrived on time.
