Many guests were pleased with the hotel's location, and found it to be central, as well as close to restaurants, shopping, the waterfront, and the Space Needle. One reviewer remarked, "The location is within walking distance of downtown, the docks, and tourist attractions".
The hotel's accommodations were complimented by numerous reviewers. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well maintained and well equipped with comfortable beds and linens and good Wi-Fi signals. It should be noted, however, that a few guests had complaints about their rooms (see below).
