Numerous guests praised the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, modern, well maintained, spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and linens and good water pressure. A few patrons had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by lodgers, who characterized them as helpful, friendly, efficient and professional.

The Bad
